2. What is PhotoImpact Viewer?
PhotoImpact Viewer is a simple but powerful 32-bit image viewer for Windows 95, Windows 98 and Windows NT, provided as Freeware by Ulead Systems, Inc. PhotoImpact Viewer includes the following major features:
